✔ Shipping and Delivery Costs:

Within Amman:

  • Small orders and limited quantities (e.g., sink mixer, accessories...) = 3 JOD.
  • Large orders up to 3 items (e.g., toilet, sink, hood...) = 5 JOD.
  • Large orders with more than 3 items = 10 JOD.
  • Very large items (e.g., Jacuzzi, bathtub, shower partition...) = 20 JOD.

For All Governorates:

  • Small orders and limited quantities (e.g., sink mixer, accessories...) = 5 JOD.
  • Large orders up to 3 items (e.g., toilet, sink, hood...) = 8 JOD.
  • Large orders with more than 3 items = 16 JOD.
  • Very large items (e.g., Jacuzzi, bathtub, shower partition...) = 40 JOD.

✔ Delivery Schedule and Mechanism:

  • If the order is placed before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered within 24-48 business hours, considering public holidays (such as Friday or any other official holiday declared by the government).
  • In some cases, delivery may take longer than 48 hours, depending on product availability in our warehouses. The customer will be notified on the day of ordering if additional time is required.
  • If the order is placed after 5:00 PM, the delivery period will start the next business day.
  • Goods are delivered to the delivery vehicle by the shipping company.

✔ Return Policies:

The user is entitled to return any item under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or unusable.
  • Receiving a product that differs from the pictures and specifications listed on the store.

✔ Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that match the specifications listed on the website and have no manufacturing defect.
  • Products used by the buyer in a way that alters their specifications or damages them entirely or partially, as well as any product that has been installed or has had its serial number removed.

✔ Order Cancellation:

  • The user has the right to request the cancellation or modification of an order, provided that this is done before the goods are delivered to the shipping company.
  • The user has the right to cancel the order if the product is not received within the specified shipping period as indicated during the purchase process. This may occur for the following reasons:
  • A defect prevented the product from entering the actual shipping process.
  • The user provided an incorrect address, and in this case, the user bears responsibility for this error.
  • Lack of clear information to track the shipping status of the product.
  • An issue with the shipping company in arranging delivery and pickup times.
