Shipping and delivery costs

Our primary factor in the process of pricing products and goods for delivery is the size of the order according to the following classification:

  1. Inside Amman, orders of small sizes and few quantities (water mixers, accessories ...) = 3 JOD.
  2. Inside Amman, orders are of large sizes and up to 3 pieces (toilet, sink, hood ...) = 5 JOD
  3. Inside Amman, orders of large sizes and more than 3 pieces = 10 JOD
  4. Inside Amman, orders of huge sizes for a single piece (Jacuzzi, bathtub, Shower partitions ...) = 20 JOD
  5. For all governorates, orders of small sizes and few quantities (water mixer, accessories ...) = 5 JOD.
  6. For all governorates, orders are of large sizes and up to 3 pieces (toilet, Sink, hood ...) = 8 JOD
  7. For all governorates, orders of large sizes and more than 3 pieces = 16 JOD
  8. For all governorates, orders are of huge sizes for a single piece (Jacuzzi, bathtub, Shower partitions ...) = 40 JOD

Delivery times and process:

  •  If you make an order before 5 PM, the order will be delivered within 24-48 working hours, taking into account Friday as a holiday or any official holiday that the government will announce.
  •  In some cases, the delivery of the order may take more than 48 hours, according to the availability of the product in our warehouses, where the goods are received, and the customer will be informed on the same day he orders if the delivery of the products will take more than 48 hours of work.
  • If the customer makes an order after 5 PM, the delivery period begins the next day of work.
  • The shipping company ships the goods and drops them next to the delivery car.

Rules and policies for returning goods

The customer has the right to return any type of goods in one of the following cases:

  • The product shipped to the customer is damaged and useless.
  • Receive a product that violates the photos and specifications listed by the store.
Products not eligible for return

  • A product that matches the specifications mentioned in the store and has no manufacturer defect.
  • A product used by the customer in a way that leads to a change in its specifications or partially or completely destroys it, in addition, any products were installed.
Order Cancellation

  • The customer has the right to request a cancellation of an order before the delivery company receives their order.
  • The customer has the right to cancel an order if the products are not received during the specified period for shipping according to the information that appears during the purchase process, or during the confirmation call from customer service after the order, and this matter may happen for the following reasons: 
            1- The customer has provided a wrong address, in which case the customer will be responsible for this error.
            2- A problem with the shipping company in arranging receipt and delivery times
